Cold is behind me ready for a long run tomorrow.   Took it easy again today on my meal break logging my 4th consecutive 5Ker at a mostly 6:00 pace.

Head Cold - Day 3

Back to work

Suffering from a head cold and my first day back to work did a 5Ker at a super easy 6:00 pace on my  meal break. 

Vacation running , well at least a little bit!

It was hot ,  really hot even at night the humidex was in the 30's.   It was interesting runnign throughh the bars and restaurants and shops but I prefered the seawall and the inactive runway .... hey the locals were doing it! 

Back now and going to start building the volume again gearing up for ATB and the Ultra Season.

First February Run

 Logged an easy 10K on the treadmill at work late yesterday afternoon.    Lifted first then ran... a little different routine!  Was suppose to do a Snowshoe race today but I am feeling a little but under teh weather fighting off something so I no better!

January 2018 Summarry

Run -   224.4 km

One race was done the 6 hour Stride Inside logging 51 km.   It was a good solid consistent effort but it took a bit out of me.  Did 2 more 30Kers on the track at the Owen Sound Y.   Had quite a few rest days but some of those were spent Skiing....a couple were travel days!   I feel pretty good ending January even though the Ks were a little less then what I usually do this time of year but I did all the important runs.
